Double glazed windows consist of two layers of glass with a layer of inert gas sealed between them. This creates nearly twice the insulation as single glazed units. Once sealed, the unit becomes airtight.

Are double glazed windows worth it?
Double glazing has a lot of benefits, the main being energy efficiency. Double glazing can help prevent loss of heat, making your home warmer as well as more secure.
How long does double glazing last?
The typical lifetime of double glazing is around 20 years, however this can vary from 10-35 years based on quality of materials, installation and where the windows are situated. Over time, the gas within the panes will gradually leak out.
UPVC double glazed windows, we can use Chinese brand profile, like CONCH brand, Zhongcai brand. Thickness from 2.0 to 3.0mm for your choice. VEKA and REHAU profiles are available too.
Aluminum double glazed windows, we can use both thermal break and non-thermal break aluminum profile. A lot of aluminum profile systems to meet your different project.

There is fog, condensation, dirt between my window panes. Can I replace just one pane?
Your double or triple-pane window is actually a single sealed unit, so we are not able to replace only one pane of glass. However, you don’t have to replace the whole window, including the frame, just the sealed glass unit.
Is double glazed glass hard to break?
It's very difficult to break a double glazed window without making a noise. All modern windows come with double glazing, which means that there are at least two obstacles to overcome in order to break the glass. First, there are the two panes of glass. Second, the gas between the panes works as shock absorber.
